Your Mission

Join our fast-paced product and engineering team to help build the future of influencer-marketing technology. As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in coordinating product development across web and mobile applications, ensuring smooth feature delivery, and driving team efficiency through strong Scrum practices.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and AI teams to turn business needs into clear requirements, actionable tasks, and intuitive user experiences. You will contribute directly to shaping AI-powered features, supporting the creation of intelligent workflows, and making sure the final product meets both business and user expectations.

This is a key role where project ownership, team leadership, and product intuition meet.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach the team in the implementation of Scrum methodologies, ensuring efficient sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and delivery
• Manage and prioritize the development backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner
• Translate business and influencer-marketing needs into clear functional requirements
• Test web and mobile applications to ensure feature quality, consistency, and user experience
• Work alongside engineers and AI specialists to coordinate the implementation of AI-powered features
• Gather requirements for influencer-marketing workflows, creator discovery, campaign management, and performance analytics
• Prepare mockups and UI/UX wireframes to help visualize new features and improve user journeys
• Ensure smooth communication across teams (product, tech, design, data, AI)
• Anticipate risks, remove blockers, and ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate QA, testing cycles, and pre-release validations
• Ensure product documentation is clear, organized, and always up to date
• Push for continuous improvement in processes, collaboration, and team alignment
• Monitor KPIs and support the optimization of product features after release
• Help drive product roadmap planning by providing insights from users, data, and team feedback

Who You Are

• You’re an organized, proactive leader with a strong understanding of agile development and cross-team collaboration
• You have experience managing web and mobile application projects
• You’re comfortable working in a tech-driven environment where AI plays a growing role
• You’re able to translate big ideas into clear, structured requirements
• You know how to build and maintain strong communication with developers, designers, and product stakeholders
• You’re detail-oriented with a critical eye for testing and product quality
• You’re creative and comfortable preparing UI/UX mockups or wireframes (Figma or similar)
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple parallel projects
• A plus if you have experience with influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, or social media platforms — or you’re excited to learn
• You enjoy solving problems, simplifying complexity, and making things happen

Bonus

Experience in any of the following is a strong plus:

• AI features: recommender systems, content classification, smart automation
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube creator ecosystems
• Prior experience in SaaS, or Marketing Tech
• Familiarity with technical workflows
• Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch)
